1. right of withdrawal

1.1 Statutory right of withdrawal for consumers

As a consumer within the meaning of Spanish consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.

Withdrawal period:

The period begins on the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.

1.2 Exercising the right of withdrawal

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us(Psychonaut) of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail).

You can use the attached sample withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

1.3 Consequences of revocation

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and at the latest within fourteen (14) days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal.

Repayment method:

The refund will be made using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.You will not be charged any fees for this repayment.

1.4 Retention of the repayment amount

We may refuse to refund you until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earliest.

1.5 Return of the goods

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case within fourteen (14) days at the latest from the day on which you inform us of the revocation of this contract.

Cost of the return shipment:

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

1.6 Compensation for loss of value

You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling that was not necessary to check the quality, properties and functionality of the goods.

2. exclusion of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:

Delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.
Delivery of goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would be quickly exceeded.
Delivery of goods made to customer specifications or clearly tailored to personal requirements.

3. refunds

3.1 Reimbursement procedure

Once your return has been received and checked, you will receive a confirmation email.If the refund is approved, the amount will be automatically transferred back to your original payment method.

3.2 Processing time

The refund will be made within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the return.

The statutory warranty rights apply.If delivered items have obvious material or manufacturing defects, we ask you to complain about such defects immediately.

6. dispute resolution

We are not obliged and not willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

7 Applicable law

Spanish law shall apply to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.Mandatory consumer protection regulations of the country in which you have your habitual residence remain unaffected.

8 Amendments to the Directive

We reserve the right to amend this policy at any time with effect for the future.The current version is available on our website.

9. severability clause

Should individual provisions of these guidelines be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
